MANAGEMENT Ken Newman, Founder With 20 years in the technology based, creative media field, Ken has experienced each nuance of the exploding growth of technology and the Internet. Gleaning more knowledge and expertise with each new paradigm, his expertise is extremely broad and invaluable. Recently, Ken spent a few years in the dot com frenzy of California's Bay Area with some practical, hands-on experience. This further developed his out-of-the-box thinking and quantifying a professional yet unique approach in his role as President of Newfolio. With many years of utilizing creativity, marketing and design experience, his primary role revolves around driving the creative process for the company. He passionately drives his clients to the next level of innovation through the latest web applications, software and marketing trends. Formerly, Ken's experience as Executive Producer of a national television show led him to the US to help start a California design firm in Silicone Valley. After 3 years of continued success, he moved back to the Toronto area and began consulting with another California software company. He assisted in successfully launching the new release of their software. Ken's strong ethics, beliefs and integrity are always exhibited in his professionalism and lifestyle. Kristie Newman, Co-Founder Kristie has abundant experience in the project management field. In her role, she brings a range of experience in design & project planning. She is energetic, motivated and is a results driven management professional with a proven track record of 13+ years holding positions within multi-national global professional companies. Kristie has expertise at identifying and capturing the customer's needs while building and developing teams by utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a project manager of Newfolio, Kristie serves as a key driver for the execution of large accounts where she is responsible to meet client objectives and exceed their expectations. Previously, Kristie was a project manager at PE Biosystems in California where she was responsible for the management of large projects within the organization and held various roles in the International Operations Organization. Kristie has completed various management and leadership development courses.
